Some areas are too close togeather, however there are many canyons that are quite grand and private, such as the one my friend Hayley lives in, also Pam Anderson, who I went to the vh-1 Aretha Franklin thing with.

Well the sun can be hell on the skin anywhere, which is why I try to avoid it.
I do love the canyons though. I had a boyfriend once who lived off Topanga, and you had to climb hundreds of steps to get to the house from the parking area, but then you came out on this gorgeous plateau, making it all worthwhile. Except at night, when I often fell making the difficult climb at 3 AM.
I also remember going to visit Faye out there. She was running Zoran's store and everything in it was white... the walls, floor, desk, chairs, the sweaters! And the white phone rang, but we couldn't find it. We were snowblind!

I remember the story's about Faye at Zoran, and on sunday Sep 9 Billy Beverly and I went to Zoran's show at Brasserie, what a glamourous night, we spoke with Zoran about Faye, drank many cocktails and then hit the town, little did we know that within 2 day's NY would burn, and a month later we would lose Faye.
Faye was the most talented refined and magical person I knew, before we met, all I would hear at the Pyramid was you are Faye's daughter, from Sister, and one day I was sitting at cafe Orlin,and there was someone that kept looking at me, after a while this person approached the person I was with, and said Hi, then the stranger said to me,"I can't stop looking at your face, it's so unusual" and my friend said Oh you know Faye Runway don't you.....I said no, but I have been told that SHE is my Mother.

I remember her shows! What style & glamor. She was a born star. I also remember her gloves. The ones with the nails glued to the outside. Pure Genius.

I spent a lovely evening last night at the Field Ball backstage with many gorge eminences including Octavia St. Laurent. She was asking about you and asked that I "please, please send my (her) love" to you. So now I have.

Not to be confused with "lady" Bunny, Goddess bunny is a LA treasure.
Born with birth defect's and deformed, she is usually in a wheelchair, however put's herself togeather verry well, considering.I have a video of hers and it is one of my most treasured, she is so shocking and inspiring, and not bitter with life, it is amazing.
The first time I saw her in LA was last year, in the afternoon on Santa Monica, in the wheelchair wearing a long black dress, upswept hairpiece full paint and long rhinestone earring's I nearly threw myself out of the car, and scared my friend to death.Last week I was in a wig store on Hollywood Blv buying lashes, and lo and behold she rolls right in after me, I can't tell you how excited I became, it was like meeting Sade, my heart started to beat like mad, as I casually turned to my friend and tried to whisper "it's the Goddess Bunny!" then tripped on a display rack.
Not being able to compose myself I went to the back of the store where the black wig's were, and a few minutes later she rolled up and said in a deep graspy voice"why don't you try blonde" coyly grinning up at me wearing a blk halter top, black and white polkadot strech bellbottoms with a pair of old ked's.Her video is availiable at Mondo Video, another story!

Imagine Tranny chaser and Edelweiss combined, but in a much larger place, this would be Peanut's,one of the only regular Tranny clubs, on Monday and friday night's.I love it there and so does RU.They allways have a L O N G... Drag Extravaganza, and a dj.It's allways crowded and from what I hear in danger of closing.Everytime I've been there I've seen girls that I knew from NY, mostly trannies, and yes some of the same men too, verry strange small trans-circle.
The other, and my favorite is The Queen Mary, there are some real beauties there, more of the older crossdresser types and "cool" people here and there. The last time I went there, it was Karaoke night, YES ladies and germs, crossdressing Karaoke,as soon as I was in there I knew I wasn't leaving any time soon.
And if all else fails, there is Santa Monica Blv, that is really where the action is, ALL DAY
why just yesterday I saw a Queen getting INTO drag right on the sidewalk, in the daylight un-bothered beating her mug HARD! I must say that these LA Queens get out early, ready or not.

Ms Vaginal Cream Davis's party was lot's of fun.Verry crowded with fun people, I saw Michael Shmidt there and he looked great, as usual.
There was a stripper that was verry entertaining, huge muscle head, older, kinda blue collar and did a medley of male lipsync, including supermodel, I thought of Miss Underoos and her love of male lipsync.If I hadn't been asked to show my I.D everytime I went to the bar I might have had a better time, after all I AM over 21 (no comments from the peanut gallery).
And yesterday we went to visit Al Jolson, Dinah Shore Jack Benny,Max Factor, Rita Hayworth,Sharon Tate, and "their Baby".

I do go to the beach, and I love it, as far as my paleness, I was never pale enough! being Middle Eastern and all.I remember one time when my Mother got the bill for my Sack's card, and said "Armen who are you buying all this Ivory Lancome foundation and powder for" and I said(ala Vida Pierce) Uhh ME Mother! to which she replied
"YOU ARE NOT IVORY"
The music I've recorded has turned out much better than I expected, all the engineers and the producer are freaking about it, I am being cautious and humble until the record company hears it.At least it's original.
