I recently moved into an amazing, newly renovated 2 bedroom in a Harlem townhouse and I am looking for someone to share it with. Huge living room (seriously, the size of what passes for a 1BR downtown), wood floors, separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a fancy oven that could turn anyone into Julia Child. Backyard with jacuzzi and garden space. Bike storage and laundry in the basement. Owner of the building lives upstairs and is very nice. The bedrooms are in the back so it is quiet and peaceful.

Your bedroom has a side window and the door to the backyard. You could easily fit a full size bed and your basic trappings and not feel cluttered. The bedroom also includes a large 5ft. wide closet. There is plenty of additional storage through out the apartment as well.

You could also fit your desk and/or work table into the common space as I've done. The layout allows for many possibilities.

Location : Sugar Hill, St. Nicholas Ave, A/B/C/D half block away. 1 Train a short walk.

Smoking : Smoke all you like out back but not in the apartment.

Pets : Let's talk about it. I have plans to get a small dog in the spring.

Daily Conveniences : All within walking distance.

About me : female, 36, have worked in nightlife and fashion. Ex-scenester and party girl. Currently work in media from home remotely (I go into the office in Chelsea once or twice a week). Open to all lifestyles. Don't care what you do outside but don't bring the hustle/drama/football team home. I am not looking for a best friend, but rather someone to cohabitate with in a peaceful manner.
