We are interested in strictly Fetish (BDSM, rubber, etc.) parties - swingers parties OK as long as your clientèle has membership to your group (proof of membership required for admission to your event and the club). Vanilla events are most welcome.

Weekly, monthly, bi-weekly parties preferred. We are open to suggestions.

Venue is located directly in Midtown Manhattan near the Empire State Building, all transportation, and has a 24-hour parking lot across the street. Elevator building with security cameras. Accommodates 70-80 people comfortably and has absolutely BEAUTIFUL decor.

2800 sq. ft. with 3 separate theme rooms for intimate conversations. Sound system, big-screen for DVDs, TV, and pole with removable stage.

Rentals begin at $1700, but special rentals may be discussed.
