Tallulah passed away last week and was found in her apartment by Tasty Tim after she had gone missing for a few days. Tallulah was a London fave of mine. Quit witted, sharped tongued and knew the dish on everybody.

Tallulah was a star in every mboards sense of the word so it is so sad to hear of her passing. I'm sure she's spinning a lovely disco set in heaven. Tasty your dear friend is well do not worry. XO

When I die, Burry me deep. Plant two turntables at my feet. Put my mixer up near my head. Close the coffin and I'll rock the dead.

Great interview. So many memories from early London scene. I used to love the Sombrero. I wish I could see a picture of Tallulah,

What an amazing interview. Thank you so much for posting it Chi. A few years ago I was playing in London and they had a dinner party for me my last night there. Tallulah was in rare form. Her dish was always sooooo juicy. I loved that she was this huge man, but had the grandeur of a silent movie diva. She was sooooo smart, and could be so campy, but had a childlike excitement when she would get rolling with a good nightclub tale. What a big, beautiful spirit.
