Of course you can still post image URLS as long as you are hosting the pics yourself or the site they are on permits cross-linking.

These pics are awesome!! I had trouble posting, I have a few very nice pics, one of a twirler, like a painting... The performers all did such a stellar job, bravo!! My fifth NOTS (though not consecutive) and each has been better than the last.
