What is it about Stevie Nicks that inspires such devotion?
Dynell: I think it’s because she’s the exact opposite of someone who tries to reinvent herself all the time. She projects such a consistent image that she seems very true to what she is, which can inspire a serious kind of fandom.

And what's with the Voice? NOTS is the featured pick for this week's issue, but they have a really dumb graphic image instead of a gorgeous photo of some past participant, which would be a no-brainer, and the blurb is so empty it even misses mentioning the Dean connection.

"Night of A Thousand Lindseys" - perhaps not. As Empress once said: "He's so brown!". However, Flloyd told me Nowhere was planning a "Night Of A DOZEN Christine McVies". I think he was kidding, but very amusing none the less!

I am so looking forward to tomorrow night... even if I'm going to be in white again, rather than nightbird colors. (Family crises prevented me from going out and getting a new costume this spring, so I'll be the pale Stevie with a black leather vest.)

My coworkers are amused, because my skirt and blouse are hanging in the coat closet, my beribboned tambourine is on my desk, and my wigs (I haven't decided which one to wear) are peeping out of a bag at my desk. The ones who know what's happening are delighted; the new employees are looking very confused. (I work four blocks away from the Highline Ballroom, so will head over after work.) I might wear the costume to the full staff meeting tomorrow afternoon....

That is a picture of Brooke - Prel identified her because Charlene was in his gold shawl..

Ill change the captions...thanks everyone - it is really hard to tell some Stevies apart!!
