You may also enjoy "Drag Queens Of New York," a deeply flawed though very informative look at 1990's NYC drag queens. It seems to be all over the used book sites. Half.com is a great source for cheap books. Also: Drag Dolls (it's NYC drag queens as paper dolls) and Drag Diaries which profiles a few NYC movers and shakers.
