Anyone have any good pics from Pride?

great pic daddy. it was the most boring parade ever. the police have controlled everything so much that it seem to take hours between floats. and every thing so tame. guess we left before this group showed.

The Empress and I were on the Crobar float.
It was really a hoot.

The theme was "Lost Boys" as in Peter Pan's lost boys.
The float was a pirate ship with a big mast and sail (that crashed into a tree in the village).
I wish I had a good picture of the whole float because it was gorgeous. It was jam-packed with "lost boys & girls".

And a lot of boys & girls who had just lost their minds.

Look at my wife!
I mean my wench.
Her and Russel (Crow) had a ball.
He hadn't been out of the house since "Stevie".

What a pair!

Of course I was driving the ship.
And DJing for the crew.

And if you think DJing with a hook and trying to steer a pirate ship at the same time is easy...
well, I'd like to see Junior do it!!!!

At one point the winds died down and one of the wenches (Harry) had to get out and push.

There's one in every crowd!
And one on every ship.
But when a crew member got sassy with me I just made her walk the plank.

and then walk home!

For some reason this big green crocodile kept following me for the whole parade.
I think he may have been the same one that bit off my hand but I'm not sure.
They all look alike to me.

(Susan was the float's creator and brains behind the whole thing.)

We were the best float.
We really should have won.
(or maybe we did for all I know).

I know we had the best (AND LOUDEST) sound system! Every time we passed by, the crowd would cover their ears in pain.
It was gorgeous!

At one point in the Village I looked back and saw this after we had passed.

Can't wait till next year!
