And Panty Boy...
That's right, he was the creation of the legendary P.L.O.P.er Sweetie.

And the reason that people (mostly me) fell for it was...
He set up a "meat and greet" at the just about to open Rapture Cafe.
The opening was on Wed. but he got the day wrong and came on a Monday (or something like that).
Of course the "He" was Sweetie aka Dan.
He walked in to Rapture and talked to the workmen who were still building the joint and told them that "Panty Boy" (or whatever name it was that he was using) stopped by.
It was brilliiant because the workmen didn't know it was Sweetie.
They just said this guy named "Panty Boy" stopped by.
HE WAS REAL!!!
We all fell for it.
(OK, I fell for it. Chi Chi was like "Its Sweetie")

I guess I always just WANT to believe.

And Sweetie once said I scared HER! She's one sick byatch!
