Hi beautiful people-

We are using the little weekend lull to update our Thrive Payment System with original Board Members whose subscriptions have run out in the past few months.

So, if you were a Board Member and no longer have the gold star/Board Member title next to your name, your membership has expired. Please join again using the handy Thrive Payment system at the bottom of our main Category pages - its easiest for you AND us!

Just log in with the email address that the boards know you by, or write if you have any questions to mboards@jackiefactory.com


Thanks to all for their support, and thanks to Infopop for making the whole integrated payment system SO much less of a nightmare than the old method.

Trying to renew my (highly valued) membership and the Groupee site link I got in the "renewal notice" email doesn't seem to work. Should I just use the above link and renew as if new? Thanks much for this fabulous forum...of course! x

Hi Karen -

If you are having trouble using the link, the easiest way to renew (or change billing on) a Groupee Motherboards Membership is directly at the Groupee site.

Just visit

https://sitepay.groupee.com/

and log in with your email address and password associated with your Motherboards user name. If you have changed your email, use the address you last had when you purchased a membership.

Once logged in, you should be able to renew your membership, change email adress or credit card, etc.

And no DONT mail in or purchase a new membership - it will not correspond to your Karen M. user name.

Oh dear! I had tried to renew viewing the website you list above. It didn't work, so I wrote to the Groupee folks directly asking them why. I just heard back from them today. Apparently, since I let my membership lapse (my bad! but only by about 10 days!!), I can't use Groupee to renew. They suggest enrolling all over again. But, I'm with you in not wanting to lose my illustrious status as someone who has posted so many posts (although, I admit, many of the old ones embarrass me...) Anywho, here is what they said. I'll do whatever you advise...

Since the Subscription expired on May 30 2006, there isn't a current subscription to renew. This is why you are unable to renew.

Essentially at this point you can go to the mothernyc.com site and sign up for a new subcription.

Sorry for the long delay getting an answer on this - yes you should just sign up for a new membership through the link and under your username - since the old subscription isnt in the database any more it should let you, no problem.
