It's either the end of the world or the end of the world and a new beginning.
The economy is in a tail spin. The last time that happened was the most creative period in New York.
It seems to be a formula. Booming Economy = Bankrupt Underground Bankrupt Economy = Creative Underground

That's what I keep thinking but am afraid to say it out loud. It seems like the worse it gets the more people push their way to the surface with something fierce. Really all I have to do is just look at the Rapture forum and I gag. It's been quite a while since we've seen all those kinds of events happening under one roof. ("I want to be ALL these things!") She's kinda like lady liberty.

Let me get this straight (oops, just outed myself): 205 is now closed indefinitely?
Please let Manhattan not become a sterile wasteland.

things ARE going to sh*t and to make things worse i still shake when i see cops and i havent gotten high or broken the law in over 2 years. they make me nauseous. looking forward to friday though. the crew at lotus turned out to be very cool. i expected a whole different vibe... michael is keeping it real by focusing on the quality of music and the selector first. loved playing there with jimmy edgar. the button-down, bridge and tunnel contingent wasnt even an issue. that party just works. havent played at LOVE yet. but michael's night at lotus and playing sullivan room was the best time i've had since playing click&drag.
