Hi im new i was wondering is pacha in ny a good club to hit up i am visiting here and want go to some hot club before i leave.

Also what is their door policy are the id's scanned at the door or what.

Yes, Pacha is a good club if you like that sort of thing. It's a big club with all the good and bad of a big club.
There are lots of people -not alternative, artsey, creative people but lots of people having fun none the less.
There are always very good DJs, music & dancing -think House, Trance, Minimal etc.
Yes, they scan IDs and getting through the door process is a pain in the ass -think JFK or any big airport.
So...
If you like big clubs you will like Pacha.

Big clubs are fast disappearing. In fact, Pacha is one of the only ones left. Apparently less and less people want that experience.
If you are looking for something edgey and new check out the smaller clubs. If you want to party like it's 1999 you will love Pacha.
