The party opens around 11pm and showtime is at 12:30. YES I will be at the party. I hope you can stop by and give us all a good old fashioned CORNHOLIN!!!!

Oh, Miss Ginger - you were FAB! And the band...what a triumph this night is. I was sitting with Lola (who was gagging on the whole affair) during your set and couldn't help but see the poetry. Somewhere in the back room of this tacky downtown New York dive, a gorgeously spackled, red Mackie-wearing, hair-jacked-to-Jesus Mexican drag queen crooning out country climbs back to the drum kit for her third number. I've never seen that in my life.

When you "manned" the drums for your second number Hattie and I almost lost it. When you hiked up that red sequin gown and started singing "Take the ribbon from my hair..." WE DID LOSE IT!!!! You really did help me make it through the night. In fact, the thought of you in that gigantic wig and gown hiked up playing drums and singing will get me through the whole Christmas season and probably into next year!!! Thanks. |

Last night was alot of fun. It was definitely a family affair, but those parties are sometimes the best. Ol' Ginger turned it out, but I had no doubts about that.
