Ladies, can anyone tell me the name of the personality & voice responsible for an audio clip that's floating around where the diva makes the following statement...?

"Attention, attention. All available personnel to ER stat. We have victims of an avalanche. I repeat. All available personnel to ER stat. We have victims of an avalanche."

(Although she hilariously pronounces it "ah-vah-lahnch," using a long 'a' as in Lava Lamp). DJ Ted Eiel used the clip in the "CHUNKboy Boogie" episode of his monthly podcast "Chunk House," and I crave more! But I can't hunt around if I don't know her name. Help, and tah!
