As for the nails... jeez being a chick IS expensive think yourself lucky you don't have to spend $6 a month too for Tampax! HA! I give up on the nails and stuff from time to time as it really DOES get expensive when you also have to do other things... like ---- eat!
And anyway, I bet on the hormones you can grow better nails than my stubby workmens hands! (its the Irish in me.... alas not the Dominican that was in me ... oh thats another story..)...

well well. Honestly I wanna shpeel on however, I will not, but I must say I had a not so good visit with my new Dr. today. It wasnt the Dr. so much as the news. I got bad bad health news from her that I havent even begun, to process. I'm still in shock mode. I am a lil happy cause hey I can still go out tommorow nite! (and pick up a domincan on my own)lol. I have been trying to keep myplcae together, (Not to worry Aveda is still very much in the picture)I should look around and be happier I guess. I always take it for granted how wonderful my family has been and to loan me the $$$ for school. An honestly to my mother, I called her today with the news and while at work which she is at 6 days a week 10 hours a day, she takes 10-20 min. to talk to me to calm me, hell or to yell at me, lol, she takes out that time, which is never enough for me, but really what an amazing woman. See we (me and my) mom, dont see eye to eye on most things, she is tradtional, and orderly, and neat. I am a disorderly slob turthfully.. so for me to say that I really admire he and that she really inspires me, makes me think. I must be like her. I wonder often about hings like that...

Whats going on with the Dr. and your health...? Sounds a bit worrying?

You are right with what you have with your mum is to give thanks about... poor woman seems to work all the hours and is supporting you when she can... how amazing is that!!! Transition or not, not seeing eye to eye... I tell you.. many of us (MOI!!) have terrible relationships with our families, parents who wouldn't piss on us if we were on fire.... (I could tell you a story or twelve!)... just think of the positive sides of her... she'll probably never see eye to eye but enjoy what you have .... and give thanks for all the financial help she gives you....

I got a reality slap yesterday, which has put me in a tail spin. I am now realizing all these things. I honestly am not sure what to say. My health concerns are not so easy. I cant go into detail about this particular issue. My stomach is killing me I have to start to take care of myself. I havent eaten a meal in days. My friend is taking me to dinner tonite. And I will be going out tonite...

yes today is a pagan holiday, Im gonna do my thing later, I may go to downtime, not sure. last night I didnt feel so good, didnt have much fun

back to business... errands to do, today I have to eat lunch today.. cure the worlds problems and yes, think of something good to put in here.. ,more to come..

Im actually in a good mood today...my mom is coming downtown with my family to see a show on B'way, but before hand they are going to the Olive garden to eat.. Im going too I cant wait. They are now gonna be on my turf!! lol I also got an invite to the Lane Bryant Fashion show tonite, Im so excited, I dont even lknow what to wear!! UGGH gotta go get pretty!

I just got back from the Lane Bryant Fashion show, at the Manhattan center, It was short but good and classy, Roseanne emceed, and Kelly Ozbourne performed (bad spelling). It was cool I barely saw the show but I was trapped in the balcony with many snobs..

Though I hate to post tech info in discussion forums, I am here now and this may be useful info for other members as well.

You seem to have linked your avatar from a graphic hosted by/on a Homestead AOL site. These type of sites and many more free ones don't allow images to be served to other sites (like ours) and they block their servers once these links are found.

So, until you get this straightened out, I suggest you revert to one of our generic avatars, find someone else to host the pic, or buy you a Board membership so that we can host it. Whichever way, its better than what you have now!

ok ok I have been really getting back into the goth scene, lol and last nite wen to Father Vincent's party at Jekyll & Hydes, The party was so cool the music was good, upstiars they were spinning "old goth" (which is funny cause its not old to me!) and tonite is Funhouse!! and nest week... is Hidden shadows up town... cant wait, plus the guys are really cute too. I am feeling pretty damn good today... but thats it for now. I have to sit down and write out some lists. I have to really learn how to empower myself, and pick myself up from this rut. I really believe that I deserve to be much happier than I have been.. now its just trying to figure out how..

what a hangover I had this morning oyvey! Last nite was sooo much fun and I may have found me a s-l-a-v-e, I am soooo excited. so about my outfit.. I had these white furry glittery- leg warmers they go under the knee and flare out to cover my shoes, then I wore a baby blue ultra mini -skirt that laced up the sides, with tore up hose, and 2 tons of glitter! lol Today I am gonna have to face a demon or 2. I may go down the St Marks to this store, over there, however its now a month since I first met Oscar, and he works on St. Marks. I met him the friday before the moon was in Taurus. I beleive it was the 9th or something..in January. Well the whole thing is he left me hanging, and I have to say it hurt me, so I may run into him today, so my stomach is all weird.. I have to remind myself to eat as well. By the way Hello B!!!

Haha!! you just made my day!! Thanks for posting... well its monday and I have a house full of food, my friend is over and yes i kinda backed out of the entrance exam for school. I am quite scared actually. see there is algebra on the exam and I have ADD and a learning disablility in math and I am super freaked out...so soon I will go very very soon. and thats it for now..
